The Cycle of Balance

With the ongoing progress in the health industry, along with, technological advancement, the Western allopathic medical model is losing the war against disease. If this is not the case, then how come heart disease, autoimmune diseases, degenerative diseases, diabetes, and cancer are continuing to rise? If, we are making so-called progress in medicine. There are multiple theories in allopathic and naturopathic medicine that teach us what some of the underlying causes of diseases are. The former thinks that with drugs, technology, early screening, and surgery, will eventually help us overcome the plethora of diseases plaguing the world today. While the latter, seek to address the underlying causes of the diseased body via correcting all metabolic processes in the body, and supplying the body what it needs to heal itself.

You may be asking: What are some of the possible causes of disease?

First, habitual negative thinking creates metabolic imbalances in your body and creates negative cellular charges that can possibly damage your healthy cells, along with, cortisol elevations, and even the production of cellular acids. Second, environmental pollution via our water supplies, genetically modified food (processed foods), electromagnetic radiation, carbon emissions, nuclear wastes from warfare, etc. Third, lack of exercise that assists in resetting your metabolic clock and detoxification. Fourth, nutritional deficiencies that stem from eating too much acidic foods, fast food, chemical additives, preservatives, herbicides, pesticides, etc. Fifth, toxicity in the body, i.e. heavy metal poisoning from amalgam fillings, root canals, etc. Sixth, reducing cellular charge in your cells with not enough adequate amounts of water, and phytonutrients in plant based foods packed with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, alkaline salts, etc. Finally, an acidic environment of the colloidal fluids that surround your cells, due to lifestyle and environmental toxins.

The list above are only seven reasons that lead to disease and the list goes on and on. The point that needs to be made here is that the exposure of these things over a long period of time, will lead to disease in some form. Remember, health is not based on feeling, but about proper metabolic function, so that the body can heal itself daily and correct abnormalities in cell division.

The next question you may be asking: So how do I begin to balance my inner terrain?

First, begin drinking water on a daily basis, especially, electrically charged ionized water, like Kangen water. What this will do, is begin to super-hydrate the body and begin to push out metabolic acids out of your tissues/organs and blood. Once you begin to super-hydrate, then the body will begin to absorb nutrients more efficiently. Second, eating plenty of raw or lightly steamed vegetables and raw fruits. It is preferred that you buy organic, but if you are unable to buy all organic, then make sure the more porous the fruit or veggie is, you buy organic because of the high exposure to herbicides and pesticides, for example, strawberries. Eat about 9 to 13 servings daily, if this is too much, then start juicing a few times a day, to ensure you are getting the nutrition you need daily. Third, eating super-foods like wheatgrass, barley grass, bee pollen, goji berries, chia seeds, sprouts, etc. These foods are packed with phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and light energy that get transferred to your body, once they are metabolized and enter the bloodstream. Without these nutrients, your cells, blood, and tissues will not repair themselves adequately, leading to DNA damage, protein damage, and overall cellular dysfunction. Fourth, eating raw nuts and seeds. Fifth, consuming legumes a few times a week will help with the prevention of intestinal diseases, and even reduce your chances of cardiovascular disease. Sixth, make sure you get a thorough blood panel done with your physician, to make sure your body is not deficient in any vitamins, minerals, etc. Also, get your hormone levels checked as well because hormone imbalances can lead to major psychological and physiological health problems. If there is any deficiency, make sure you address them immediately. Do not take anything synthetic, if you have to address any deficiencies, be sure to ask your doctor for natural ways to address your deficiencies. You can contact us and we can point you in the right direction when it comes to what supplements to take regarding vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Seventh, exercise for at least 30 minutes, three times a week, to increase bone density, building muscle, and detoxing the body. Lastly, positive thinking can benefit your body tremendously! For example, it immediately elevates your immune system, therefore, changing your thought patterns is greatly encouraged.

Looking at some of the possible reasons that lead to disease can be overwhelming and cause anxiety. Just remember that you cannot keep yourself from interacting with the world and that you will be exposed to carcinogens at some level no matter what you do. However, with the eight basic recommendations above, you can begin the process of protecting yourself, preventing disease, and experiencing a greater level of human consciousness and life you may never have experienced before.
